Section 1

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the haybaij website located at haybaij.net and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by haybaij ("haybaij", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you ("the Player", "you", or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise explicitly stated.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and close your account. haybaij reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, haybaij will publish the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are published in English. English is the authoritative language of this agreement. Any translations provided for informational purposes do not constitute a binding legal document and shall not be used to interpret these Terms.

1.3 Platform Availability

haybaij makes reasonable commercial efforts to maintain the Platform in continuous operation. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to suspend the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency technical intervention. haybaij shall not be liable for any loss arising from periods of unavailability, provided reasonable notice of planned downtime is communicated where practically possible.

Section 2

Account Registration

To access the full features of the haybaij Platform — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, and live betting — you must register a valid account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one active account on the haybaij Platform at any given time. Maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

2.1 Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document
• A valid personal email address that you own and control
• Your date of birth (you must be 18 years or older)
• A valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh
• Your primary residential address
• Your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account details)

You agree to keep this information accurate and up to date at all times. Failure to maintain accurate account details may result in delays to withdrawals or temporary suspension of your account pending verification.

2.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

haybaij operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter at our discretion, we may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

KYC documents must be submitted in clear, unedited digital format. haybaij reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account will be your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact haybaij support immediately at [email protected]. haybaij will never request your password through any communication channel.

Section 3

Age Restriction

By registering an account on haybaij, you declare under penalty of account termination and forfeiture of funds that you are at least 18 years of age. haybaij conducts age verification as part of the KYC process. If at any point we have reason to suspect that a registered player is under 18 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, freeze all funds, and conduct a full investigation.

If an account is found to belong to a person under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned to the originating payment method, and any winnings generated on the account will be void and non-payable. haybaij will report suspected underage gambling to relevant authorities where required by law.

3.1 Parental Controls

haybaij strongly encourages parents and guardians to make use of third-party parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. If you are aware that a minor has accessed or attempted to access the haybaij Platform, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so that we can take appropriate action without delay.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the haybaij Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). haybaij supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. Visa and Mastercard are accepted for deposits where technically available.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum single deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: subject to payment method limits and your account verification tier
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account within minutes of confirmation
• Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your haybaij account balance
• haybaij does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges
• Funds deposited must be used for genuine gaming activity and not deposited and withdrawn without substantial play

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed
• Standard processing time for verified accounts is under 2 hours for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay)
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing times
• haybaij reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawals above ৳50,000, which may extend processing time by up to 48 hours
• Withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player before processing is complete; once processing has begun, cancellation is not possible

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

haybaij offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are entirely voluntary — no player is required to accept any bonus offer. By opting into a bonus, you agree to the specific terms and conditions of that promotion, which will be published alongside the offer and must be read in full before participation.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonus offers have a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Real-money funds are used first in all wagering activity unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless specific wagering requirements have been fully met.
• haybaij reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to disqualify players from promotions where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using betting patterns specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are available to residents of Bangladesh only and are not available in jurisdictions where such offers are prohibited by law.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus offer carries an expiry period, which will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account upon expiry of the bonus. It is your responsibility to track bonus expiry dates. haybaij will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5.3 Seasonal Promotions

haybaij may offer special seasonal promotions tied to events relevant to Bangladesh players, including BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other cultural or sporting occasions. These promotions are subject to the same general bonus conditions outlined above plus any additional terms specific to each offer.

Section 6

Betting Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming on the haybaij Platform is subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are published within each game's individual help or information section and shall be read as supplementary to these general betting rules.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are final once confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• haybaij reserves the right to void bets where events are cancelled, abandoned, or where the outcome is affected by circumstances outside normal sporting conduct (e.g., weather abandonment of a cricket match before the result-determining minimum overs are bowled).
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, haybaij reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Live in-play betting is subject to slight delays between market availability and the actual state of play. haybaij will not accept claims based on events that occurred prior to bet placement but after the market closed.
• Maximum winnings per single bet ticket: subject to account tier and sport — please consult the specific sport's betting rules page or contact support for details.

6.2 Casino Games

• All slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee returns over any individual session.
• Live casino games are operated in real time and are subject to the rules of each game as explained by the live dealer and displayed on-screen.
• Technical malfunctions in any game — whether RNG or live — void all affected rounds. Wagers placed during a confirmed technical malfunction will be returned in full.
• Players must not use software tools, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated means to interact with games on the Platform. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension.

Section 7

User Obligations

By using the haybaij Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the haybaij Platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of a third party
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Using stolen payment methods, unauthorised credit cards, or funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or payment systems — any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to [email protected] immediately
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, poker, or live casino tables
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or using insider information to obtain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming limits or self-exclusion measures set on your account
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing haybaij staff or other players through any communication channel
• Using the Platform while accessing it through a VPN, proxy, or other geo-circumvention tool that obscures your true location

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and — where illegal conduct is involved — referral to the relevant authorities. haybaij reserves the right to withhold or recover funds from accounts where fraudulent or prohibited activity is confirmed.

Section 8

Account Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their haybaij account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, haybaij will process any pending withdrawals of the remaining real-money balance to the player's verified payment method before closing the account.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

To close your account, email our support team with the subject line "Account Closure Request" from the email address registered to your account. Include your full name and registered mobile number to enable verification. All pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcomes before the account is closed. Any active bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.2 Closure for Responsible Gaming Purposes

If you wish to close your account specifically because of concerns about your gambling behaviour, please refer to our Responsible Gaming page for information on self-exclusion options, which provide stronger protections than a standard account closure and include measures to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

8.3 Involuntary Closure by haybaij

haybaij reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time without prior notice where we have reason to believe that:

• The account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC
• The account is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing
• The account belongs to a person under 18 years of age
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to haybaij

In cases of involuntary closure due to confirmed fraud or breach of Terms, haybaij reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is ultimately established, any withheld funds will be returned to the player's verified payment method. haybaij will not be liable for any losses arising from account closure where the closure is attributable to the player's own breach of these Terms.
